June 22nd, 2008 SMC Tag Sale 10:00 – 2:00pm STD Car Care – 440 Newbridge Road, East Meadow Join us for this fundraiser where all and any donations are welcome in good condition. July 10th – Aug 14th 2008 – Meets 1x/week for 6 weeks Hot Topics Group – “What Relates to You?” 8:30 – 10:00pm Group Fee $33 Elissa Kirchner’s Home – 21 New York Ave, Baldwin A look into friends, your spouse, sex and life itself. Each week we’ll bring a different topic up to focus on and discuss. Wine and cheese. Facilitators Elissa Kirchner and Renee Jones. Contact Elissa Kirchner at 771-0013, or email elissa524@aol.com. July 25thth, 2008 Game Night – 8:00pm Margreit McInnis’s Home – 1867 Decatur Ave, N. Bellmore Join us for some laughs and good times as we form teams for a fun filled night of games and chit chat. August 15th – 17th, 2008 Greenport Getaway Weekend Greenport, North Fork Long Island Join us for a SUPER fun filled weekend in Greenport at the Sliver Sans Motel on the water, for good food, dancing, great wine and great friends. Delicious dinners, late night talks, wineries, shopping and cocktails on the beach await. Come for the whole weekend or just overnight. Talk to those who are repeat weekenders. You won’t want to miss it! Summer Steering Meetings: Steering is the decision making body of the center. All are welcome to attend and participate in consensus as we decide on important issues including financial, personnel, social and much more. Give your input into the discussion for the groups lineup for the Fall.
